The Lyus Family Welcome you to Lovenjoel Setters come meet the hairiest members of our family and find out a little more about what makes them so amazing :)

After nearly 50 years of owning dogs we have been lucky to have some of the best friends you could ask for from Fifi the toy poodle, Rosie our Cavie, Gina our white Goldie to our lovely girls who are still with us: Holly the Red, Poppy, Misty & Bailey the Red and White Irish Setters. Our dogs are part of our family and when you've got a setter in the house they don't give you much of an option other than to run your lives around them and we're only too happy to do it!

We are commited to breeding occassional litters of healthy, well tempered and much loved Irish Red and White Setters that are good specimins of the breed but most importantly - family members.

We've built this website so that people can track the progress of us and our puppies as they grow and develop and we learn more each day about the world of breeding and rearing happy healthy puppies. We missed out on Poppy's development as a puppy and although we saw Holly at 2, 4 & 6 weeks were always desperate to see another photo or know what they'd been upto so for people that are are mad on their setters and can't bare to miss a thing we've captured as much as possible on our site.
